In all treatments, we offer you the choice of 5 essential oils; lavender, lemon, rosemary, eucalyptus, and jasmine.

A full-body massage starts with the feet & ends with the head. It excludes the private parts and the breast.

  1. What is included in a full-body massage?

    Your entire body except your breasts and private parts. We start from the feet and end with the head. The massage also covers the stomach (some people are not comfortable letting their stomach be touched).

  2. How is a massage done?

    Using hands, your body is kneaded, rubbed, and mobilized using massage oil as a lubricant to the skin.

    To reach the deeper layers of the muscle tissue, we use the knuckles, forearms, or elbows as seen in this video on what to expect in deep-tissue massage.

    The benefits of the treatment can be enhanced with the use of warm stones, warm towels, or essential oils in aromatherapy massage.

    Yes, the bed is brought along with a clean set of linen, massage oil, essential oils, and music.

  4. How should I prepare for the massage appointment?

    The most important things to do are; to have a warm shower, hydrate, eat light (if you must), and plan to work out before.

  5. Do you offer couples massages?

    We set up the spa wherever you are most comfortable including the garden

    Yes, you can book a treatment together with your spouse, mother, girlfriend, etc.

    When booking indicate on the booking notes if you prefer simultaneous service.

  6. Is the massage therapist female?

    Yes, our therapists are female (our core focus is on female clientele).

  7. Do you attend to men?

    Yes on the condition that;
    1. The booking is made by the wife/daughter/girlfriend
    2. The booking is made by a gent and is accompanied by a note about the wife/girlfriend being around.

    These conditions are to ensure the safety and comfort of our therapists.

  8. Which essential oils do you use?

    In addition to the carrier oil (vegetable or coconut), we offer 5 essential oils; lavender, jasmine, rosemary, lemon, and eucalyptus.

    No. Our services do not include a happy ending or “extras”.

    No, we do not.

  13. Do you do hot towel compress in massage therapy?

    Yes when requested. Please ensure supply of clean face towel and warm water before arrival for your appointment.

  14. What are the benefits of hot towel compress in massage therapy?

    The warmth provides an effective way to improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and release tension and stiffness.

  15. How soon can I have an appointment?

    We work with advance bookings; 1-60 days from today.

    All the slots currently available will be shown to you on the calendar on our booking page.

    You have more slots 1-2 weeks ahead if you combine services from different professionals in one appointment.

  16. Which locations do you reach?

    We visit residents throughout Nairobi county (except suburbs in the east).

    Our reach extends to nearby towns on the borders of Kiambu, Kajiado, and Machakos counties e.g Juja, Kiambu, Ruiru, Kikuyu, Tatu city, Ruaka, Syokimau, Mlolongo, Kitengela, Athi-river, Rongai, and Ngong etc.
