This information is then kept in our internet access logs.

User data/profile

We collect information about you during the registration and editing of your profile process on our site. This information may include but is not limited to your name, email address, phone number, address, IP, and any other details that might be requested from you for the purpose of building your profile.

Handling this data also allows us to:

If you sign up for the magazine, we will hold the information you submitted (such as your email address) for as long as we are providing you services.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
