Didn’t successfully pay the deposit?
- If you made the booking from your account, go to your account. You will see pending booking, inside, there is a “pay now” button to pay.
- If you made the booking outside your account, you should have received an email with a “pending booking” details. Inside the email, there is a “pay now” button.
- If 1 and 2 failed, contact us immediately via the buttons below (preferably email).
Wanted to pay with MPESA express but didn’t get the STK push?
MPESA subscribers whose sim cards cannot access STK Push can upgrade the sim card by dialing *234*1*6#
